On October 27, 2022, the PSWDO team, under the direction of Mrs. Hershe L. Nuñez, RSW, Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer, distributes hygiene kits to PDLs at BJMP, Telaje, Tandag City.

SJO3 Adronico G. Plaza, OIC-BJMP gave the opening remarks before Mrs. Nuñez gave her message of inspiration to the participants. The distribution of hygiene kits to 64 PDL then took place. The PDL who undertook the 26-day food processing skills training program, in which the PSWDO served as the training's partner along with TESDA and BJMP, also had their culminating program held in the meantime.

The aforementioned activity was founded on one of PSWDO's objectives, which is to increase protective, preventative, rehabilitative, and developmental social welfare services to the underprivileged, vulnerable, and disadvantaged populations within each LGU across the entire province. During the interview, Mrs. Nuñez made a point of saying, "Through this endeavor, the PDL will feel that the government is always ready to support them in their rehabilitation process.”
