The Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur thru the leadership of our Governor Hon. Alexander T. Pimentel conducted the 4th quarter Provincial Solid Waste Management Board Meeting last November 4, 2022 at the PGO Conference Room, Capitol Hills, Telaje, Tandag City.

Among the present Local Chief Executives were Hon. Marvin Azarcon, Mayor of LGU Lanuza; Hon. Elmer Evangelio, Mayor of LGU Lingig; Hon. Joey Pama, Mayor of LGU Barobo; Hon. Paolo Lopez, Mayor of LGU Madrid and Hon. Nicolas Alameda, Mayor of LGU San Agustin discussed on the updates of their commitment as to the establishment of Sanitary Landfill of the Clustered LGUs. Ms. Diane Rivera, EMB-CARAGA personnel was also invited to provide technical assistance regarding their proposed areas for the construction.
