The Provincial Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Office through its representative, Ms. Lucille B. Tero, Aquaculturist I, attended the Consultation Meeting with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) on the Management Programs of the Coastal Communities Alliance Unified for Sustainable Ecosystem (CCAUSE) - Lianga-Hinatuan-Bislig Bays last October 24, 2022 at Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Lianga, Surigao del Sur.

The said international group is looking for an institution to be its partner which they could fund with any development projects that they could offer. CCAUSE is an alliance of the municipalities from Tago to Lingig areas.

The meeting was a successful event and was attended by BFAR personnel headed by its Regional Director, Mr. Nilo Selim Katada, Ph.D. and representatives coming from the different municipalities located in CCAUSE areas.
