Accomplishment Report (October 2022)

As part of this month's breakthrough, the PADMO-ITU successfully created a digital system that aids our provincial government in streamlining its operations to provide efficient services to all Surigaonons.

REGISTRY OF DEEDS (ROD)

• Queue Management System •

-- Every Surigaonon who transacts in this office is registered in this system to keep track of and organize the waiting process. This will increase the efficiency of queuing while enhancing customer loyalty, service, and satisfaction.

PROVINCIAL TREASURER'S OFFICE

• Electronic Statement of Receipts and Expenditures (eSRE) Reports •

-- The system is designed to simplify tasks in data recording and protection of all expenditures of the province. This includes the Cashbook which monitors and tracks check issuances on a daily basis.

All of these systems were made possible through the innovation of PADMO-ITU without incurring expenses on the part of the provincial government, spearheaded by the provincial administrator, Esmeraldo Raymundo and his IT officer, Andrew Patrimonio under the leadership of our very supportive provincial governor, Alexander T. Pimentel.
