LOOK | Surigao del Sur and Tandag City Sign Sisterhood Agreements with San Juan City On August 15, 2025, the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur and the City Government of Tandag each signed their respective Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) with San Juan City, Metro Manila, establishing formal sisterhood ties. Held in one meaningful ceremony, the event was graced by Mayor Francis Zamora and his delegation from San Juan City, warmly welcomed by our local officials and stakeholders. The agreements aim to foster collaboration in areas such as local governance, education, tourism, economic development, and cultural exchange, promoting mutual growth and stronger inter-local relations. Provincial officials, mayors and vice mayors from various LGUs, Tandag City officials, and representatives from national government agencies actively joined the event, demonstrating their support for stronger partnerships and collaborative development.
