The Provincial Planning & Development conducted a Training-Workshop on Project Development cum Orientation on Logical Framework and Project Profile on July 10-11, 2025, at SCI Function Hall, Capitol Hills, Tandag City.
It aimed at enhancing the capacity of provincial offices and technical staff in developing well-structured, strategic, and results-based projects. This initiative is part of the province’s continuous effort to strengthen project planning, implementation, and resource mobilization across all departments and sectors.
Participants were trained on how to identify objectives, set measurable indicators, outline assumptions, and establish clear outputs and outcomes. This approach ensures that provincial projects are aligned with national priorities while remaining responsive to local needs.
The workshop also featured sessions on crafting a detailed Project Profile, which is essential for proposal submission, funding approval, and implementation readiness. The employees were guided in preparing comprehensive project documents strengthening the quality and credibility of future project proposals.
With active participation and collaboration among departments, the training provided a platform for knowledge sharing and cross-sector coordination. The Provincial Government remains committed to equipping its workforce with the right tools and skills to deliver impactful, sustainable, and inclusive development programs for the benefit of every constituent.
