The Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO), under the purpose-driven leadership of Hershe L. Nuñez, RSW, together with the unwavering dedication of the ECLIP Focal Person, Xeeremae M. Maquiling, RSW, with her equally committed team, Laila Salabit, RSW and Sherwein Galvez, was honored with a Plaque of Commendation during the ECLIP Regional Summit 2025.

The ECLIP Committee of Surigao del Sur, under the strong leadership of Governor Johnny T. Pimentel, was likewise conferred with the same Plaque of Commendation, recognizing its invaluable role in steering the province toward peace and inclusive development.

This recognition highlights the steadfast commitment and exceptional contribution of both the PSWDO and the ECLIP Committee of Surigao del Sur in advancing the goals of the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) and in fostering sustainable peace and development in the province.
