On September 10–11, 2025, the DENR Caraga Planning Division facilitated a Planning Workshop for the Risk Resiliency Program (RRP), focusing on the formulation of its Investment Portfolio for Risk Resiliency. The activity was held at the Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO) and gathered key participants from PPDO, PFARO, PVet, and OPAg.

The two-day workshop aimed to align strategies and identify priority programs and projects that address climate risks, food security, water sufficiency, ecosystem stability, and human security. Through collaborative discussions, participants ensured that proposed initiatives are both sustainable and responsive to the challenges posed by climate change.

Workshop outputs will be consolidated into an investment portfolio, serving as a guide for agencies and local governments in programming resources for disaster resilience and long-term development.
