In preparation for the 2028 simultaneous Nationwide General Revision of Schedule of Market Values of Real properties, the public is hereby informed of the proposed 2027 Schedule of Market Values of all Real Properties located in the seventeen (17) component Municipalities of the Province of Surigao del Sur.

This notice is issued in compliance with Section 15 of Republic Act No. 12001, also known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

The proposed 2027 Schedule of Market Values will be available for public viewing for a period of two (2) weeks, from October 10, 2025 to October 24, 2025, and will be published in the official website of the Province of Surigao del Sur (https://surigaodelsur.gov.ph) and in the official Facebook page of the Provincial Assessor’s Office (https://www.facebook.com/sdspasso), as well as in two conspicuous public places: The Provincial Capitol and the Tandag City Public Terminal.

            All concerned individuals, landowners, Tax payers, and interested parties are strongly encouraged to read the proposed Schedule of Market Values and actively participate in the consultation sessions two (2) weeks after the publication of this Notice (Date and Venue to be Announced). Public engagement and participation are essential to ensure transparency, accuracy, and fairness in the property valuation process.
