LOOK: The Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur, under the leadership of Governor Johnny T. Pimentel, through the efforts of the Provincial Appraisal Committee headed by its Chairperson, Provincial Assessor Ms. Sabina C. Noguera, and represented by Engr. Remor Jacquez, REA, Engr. Henry Simplicio, Mr. Ronnel Bagayas, and Mr. Enrique Figuracion, in coordination with the Municipal Assessment Office of Carrascal, conducted an Appraisal and Assessment of Land Property on October 7, 2025, at Barangay Bon-ot, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur.

This activity was carried out in response to a request from Barangay Captain Hon. Carlito B. Cotares to inspect the property intended for acquisition by the Barangay Local Government Unit of Bon-ot as the proposed site for the barangay lot expansion.
