Provincial Agriculturist, Mr. Esmeraldo S. Raymundo, joined the vibrant celebration of Araw ng Carmen and the opening of the Agri-Tourism Expo last November 16, 2025. He delivered a message emphasizing the importance of boosting agriculture, empowering local communities and collaboration in sustaining community progress.

Meanwhile, OPAg staff members Mr. Fritzhie Trujillo, Ms. Desiree Lee Vasquez, and Ms. Wilma Lucresio served as judges for the Agri-Tourism Expo, which showcased the creativity, culture, and agricultural strengths of eight participating barangays. Each booth highlighted Carmen’s rich Agri-Tourism potential and the community’s dedication to uplifting local agriculture.
