The Provincial Accountant’s Office proudly participated in the 80th Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Annual National Convention held on November 16–19, 2025 at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City, Metro Manila.

Representing the province were all seven (7) accountants of the office, headed by the Acting Provincial Accountant, Ma’am Ma. Sheila P. Buhion, CPA. Their attendance reflects the Provincial Government’s commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in public financial management.

This year’s convention carried the theme “ACTION with I.M.P.A.C.T.”, highlighting the core values of Integrity, Merit, Professionalism, Accountability, Competence, and Teamwork. The event brought together accounting professionals from all over the country for meaningful discussions, technical sessions, and collaborative learning aimed at strengthening the profession and enhancing public service.

The Provincial Accountant’s Office remains dedicated to upholding these values as it continues to improve financial systems, ensure transparent governance, and deliver quality service to the people.
