The Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur under the leadership of Gov. Alexander T. Pimentel through the efforts of the Provincial Appraisal Committee, spearheaded by the chairperson, Provincial Assessor Ms. Sabina C. Noguera, conducted an Appraisal and Assessment of Land Property last September 15-16, 2022 at Barangay Anibongan, Lianga, Surigao del Sur.

Prior to the said appraisal and assessment conducted, a courtesy call was done in the presence of the Barangay Council Members of Anibongan, Provincial Appraisal Committee Members and the Municipal Assessor of Lianga together with his staff to discuss matters about the concerned property. The Barangay Local Government of Anibongan requested the said inspection of the lot for the purpose of the Construction of their Multi-Purpose Building.
