On October 24, 2022, at PPO, Social Hall, with the joint efforts of PSWDO, DSWD, PNP, and DILG, held an orientation program for former rebels regarding livelihood settlement grants and E-CLIP Enrollment. The activity is one of the E-CLIP procedures used to help former rebels reintegrate into society.

Hershe Lorenzana-Nuñez, RSW, PSWDO, Megnon Alacaba, DILG, PCOL, Dennis A. Siruno, PNP, and Danica B. Del Rosario, DSWD were among the guests who graced the occasion and shared their messages of support for the former rebels to reintegrate firmly into the government's folds. Ms. Danica Del Rosario gave a talk on basic business management and then led a discussion about it.

The participants received instruction on how to manage and sustain their suggested means of livelihood. The attendees were also given information regarding the implementation of E-CLIP in the Province of Surigao del Sur. After the discussion, the participants were given a certificate of participation, which was a requirement before they could get LSG support.

The activity's last phase was enrolling former rebels in the E-CLIP program. The PSWDO staff conducted a series of interviews with thirty-three former rebels. It is crucial for the former rebel to sign up for E-CLIP in order to qualify for the program. Through the JAPIC certificate, the PNP had already verified all of the participants.
