The Provincial Social Welfare and Development office through Ma. Paula S. Gallardo, RSW, LCPC Focal led the distribution of hygiene kit and school supplies to the children of Telaje, Tandag City and  Sitio Saracag, Kauswagan, San Agustin, Surigao del Sur on September 6, 2022.

               Anchored in the goal to share and augment technical assistance to local levels counterparts and equally important resource providers in the implementation and evaluation of social welfare and development programs and services in essence of multidisciplinary/interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary collaboration, the PSWDO distribute hygiene kits and school supplies to children ages 4-10 years old and conducted child friendly spaces through informative games, singing and dancing.

               There were four hundred children received the items, two hundred from Telaje and two hundred in Sitio Saracag. The main objective of the distribution was to help the children cope up with the onset covid19 through hygiene kit and be able to assist them in their modular class.
