The Office of the Provincial Economic Development and Investment Promotions Unit in collaboration with Department of Trade and Industry headed by DTI Provincial Director Romel M. Oribe conducted a two (2) day Capability Building Training for Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Officers (LEDIPOs) in Surigao del Sur and Investment Briefing last June 20-21, 2023 at Cagwait Kaliguan Beach Resort, Cagwait, Surigao del Sur. The session was expertly facilitated by Board of Investments Supervising Investments Specialist Irwin Jayson Neri Jamaca and Board of Investments Senior Investments Specialist Keen P. Arseno.

This capability building training aims to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to attract investments, foster economic growth and create a conducive environment for business expansion. And the investment briefing provides investors with clear understanding of the investment landscape, present compelling investment opportunities, enhance technological advancements, analyze the potential risks and returns, foster investor confidence and ultimately facilitate well-informed investment decisions, through this briefing the facilitators strive to empower participants with knowledge and insights needed to navigate the market and maximize their investment potential.
